As the Balaban family, our aim is to help our members work-out in awareness, fasten their growth, and see sports as a life-style rather than a regular activity. Balaban is to develop an awareness and habit of sports for growing generations by providing them the necessary means and sources for physical and mental growth. In our ever growing journey, and since the day we opened our doors it is our primary goal to serve our members with stable and innovative thinking structures as well as with our professional staff.
Personal training programs are prepared by professional trainers based on individual needs as they are practiced in a one-to-one format with a personal trainer. Personal training differs from standardized nutrition and exercise plan; it is a tailor-made program by a personal training based on individual’s health conditions, physiological conditions, past fitness experiences, life-style, and habits. Periodic measurements, pulse measurements, and other tests are done on regular basis to keep track of the individual. Our members can get personal training from all the offered group classes.
