It’s a mostly cardio focused class. The workout is done on a pouch bag without a partner or an opponent. The trainer gives you the workout program that you’ll perform on the pouch bag and leads you on how you’re doing. During the workout, trainer takes you away from the pouch bag and shows you exercises to raising endurance and active resting. While burning high amounts of calories, this class also allows you to manage your skills of punching, kicking, and becoming stronger.
