This class examines the principles of movement of many disciplines, combines them on their own flow, and aims to create a deeper physical awareness. It’s goal is to improve strengths, fitness, and flexibility through the pushing, pulling, jumping, and swinging moves while it includes Locomotion, Calisthenics, Combat Movement, and Mobility work-outs. This class also examines the ways and movements of hand balance, ground and air acrobatics, coordination, reflex-body relationship, gymnastics, yoga, and jiu jitsu.
