What services can I use when I become a member?
You can use Functional Fitness (Lifting, Endurance, Gymnastic, Mobility, Functional Body Building), Fight Club (Kickboxing, Cardio Kickboxing, Boxing, Cardio Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, No-Gi, Submission Grappling), Wellness (Mat Pilates) group classes once you become a member.
When can I start using services after I become a member?
After completing 2 of Functional Fitness classes on Tuesday – Thursday at 8:30 OR Saturday – Sunday at 11:00, you can join the WODs. Fight Club and Wellness classes are joined by reservation.
What is WOD?
It’s a high-intensity performed condition program consisting of functional movements. WOD (Workout of The Day) is a workout program designed on daily basis. Each WOD is different from one another and last about 50 to 60 minutes.
Can I join all classes for free once I become a member?
Yes. However, Pole Dance Fitness, Aikido, Antigravity, Reformer Pilates and Personal Training packages are at extra costs.
How does your membership work?
There are 3, 6, and 12 month membership packages and a separate PT (personal training) package.
What are the working hours?
We are open from 06:30 to 21:30 on weekdays, and from 10:00 to 18:00 on weekends.
How should I manage my diet?
You can get Professional support from our nutritionist.
How can I sign up for classes?
By downloading “BalabanApp” on your smartphone, you can follow and sign up for classes.
Can I rent the equipment?
No equipment can't be rented except the Gi (Kimono).
Is there an age limitation for the membership?
We have kids classes for those under 15 years old. Those between the ages 15 – 18 can become a member with their parent’s consent. Anyone over 18 can be a member as well.
